I am the Chief Engineer for Cloud & Infrastructure Services (former Global Head of Delivery Engineering, and Delivery Modernization) at Capgemini, where I now lead removal of toil from the daily grind by shifting culture and securely transforming many traditional tasks that Intelligent Automation and AI can address today. I have over 30 years of experience in IT, spanning multiple domains, such as security, cloud, infrastructure, applications, and business process automation. I hold a TOGAF 9 certification, prior ITIL Foundations 2, 3 & 4 and multiple patents and publications in the field of user interface and touch sensor technologies. In my previous roles, I have successfully designed, developed for, and driven digital transformation initiatives for various clients and industries resulting in over $100M+ value, many of which leverage DevOps or DevSecOps, Agile, API First, and Security First principles. I have also adopted six sigma, and lean techniques to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation under the several program, of which I helped bootstrap DXC's Bionix. I have extensive knowledge and practice of various regulatory frameworks and standards, such as ITAR, SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR. Some of my earliest work was developing service offerings for EDS in partnership with what was the Agility Alliance, driving over $110M in ARR. My passion is to enable advancement of digital delivery of technology, by empowering my team, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering value to customers.

Outside of the workplace, I have 23+ years of service as a first responder, addressing Interior & Exterior Firefighting, Advanced EMT - Critical Care, Hazardous Materials Decontamination, and Technical Rescue (Rope, Water, Confined Space, and Dive). I have sailed the carribean, recreationally dive when able, and enjoy the travel.
